You will be able to explore the fishing maps by region and can even choose fishing spots based on the type of species that you want to catch. You will be able to pin your own locations and have the option to share these adventures with the broader fishing community.
Create your own personalised fishing journal. This feature will allow you to log your catch of the day with options to include the following attributes: species, date and time, size, location, weather conditions and bait and gear used. This journal will assist you in identifying trends and learnings from your fishing journey. An option will be available to share your catches to the broader community or alternately within your personally created fishing groups.

This is where trial-and-error will be a thing of the past through navigating frequently uploaded videos, articles and other bait and tackle related content. This section will include detail on bait presentations for all targeted species as well as recommendations on the fishing gear including the traces to be used.
Easy access to automatic updates of weather and wave conditions per location. In this section you will have access to view live weather forecast details including wind, barometer pressure, sea temperature, tide predictions amongst other factors. (Selected locations will provide detail on favourable weather conditions for the area)
In support of fishing conservation, this section will include educational material regarding the Oceanographic Research Institutes co-operative fish tagging project (i.e. tag and release), bag limits on the various fish and bait species, articles on fishing pressures and the importance of our marine protected areas.
